Privacy Policy

This Personal Information Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) applies to all information that AgileGeo Science (hereinafter – AgileGeo Science) may obtain about a user during his/her use of any of its websites. User’s consent to the provision of personal information given by him/her in accordance with this Policy within the framework of his/her relationship with one of the persons belonging to AgileGeo Science.

The use of AgileGeo Science Services means that the user unconditionally agrees with this Policy and the terms and conditions of processing his/her personal information specified in it; in case of disagreement with these terms and conditions, the user should refrain from using the Services.

Personal information of users, which is received and processed by AgileGeo Science

For the purposes of this Policy, “user’s personal information” means:

• Personal information that the user provides about himself/herself when registering (creating an account) or in the process of using the Services, including the user’s personal data. Information mandatory for the provision of the Services (rendering of services) is marked in a special way. Other information is provided by the User at his/her discretion;
• Data that is automatically transmitted to AgileGeo Science Services in the process of their use through the software installed on the user’s device, including IP address, cookie information, information about the user’s browser (or other program with which the Services are accessed), access time, address of the requested page;
• Other information about the user, the collection and/or provision of which is defined in the Governing Documents of the individual AgileGeo Science Services;
• AgileGeo Science does not generally verify the validity of personal information provided by users and does not monitor their capacity. However, AgileGeo Science assumes that the user provides true and sufficient personal information on the questions offered in the registration form and keeps this information up to date.

Purposes of collecting and processing users’ personal information

• AgileGeo Science collects and stores only those personal data that are necessary for the provision of the Services and services (execution of agreements and contracts with the user).

AgileGeo Science may use the user’s personal information for the following purposes:

• Identification of a party to agreements and contracts with AgileGeo Science;
• Provision of personalized Services to the user;
• Communication with the user, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the Services, provision of services, as well as processing requests and applications from the user;
• Improvement of the quality of the Services, their usability, development of new Services and services.

Terms of processing of the User’s personal information and its transfer to third parties

AgileGeo Science stores users’ personal information in accordance with the internal regulations of specific Services.

The user’s personal information is kept confidential, except for cases when the user voluntarily provides information about himself/herself for public access to an unlimited number of persons. When using certain Services, the User agrees that a certain part of his/her personal information becomes publicly available.

AgileGeo Science has the right to transfer the user’s personal information to third parties in the following cases:

• The user has expressed his/her consent to such actions;
• The transfer is necessary within the framework of the User’s use of a certain Service or to provide a service to the User;
• In order to ensure the possibility to protect the rights and legitimate interests of AgileGeo Science or third parties in cases when the User violates the User Agreement of AgileGeo Science services.

Modification of personal information by the user

The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal information provided by the User or any part thereof, as well as its confidentiality parameters, by using the function of editing personal data in the personal section of the respective Service.

The User may also delete the personal information he/she has provided within a certain account by using the “Delete Account” function in the personal section of the respective Service. However, deletion of an account may result in the inability to use certain AgileGeo Science Services.

Changing the Privacy Policy

AgileGeo Science has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When changes are made to the current version, the date of the last update shall be indicated. The new edition of the Policy comes into effect from the moment of its posting, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Policy.
